Frequently Asked Questions

Delivery

UK mainland delivery is:
Royal Mail within 5 days £6.95
Courier £8.95 2-3 day delivery
OR free for orders over £250

International delivery is £19.95 per order

International prices may vary, you will be contacted before dispatch if additional charges apply.

Orders are dispatched within 1 working day (Monday – Friday).

UK mainland deliveries are sent via Royal Mail on a next day delivery service.

Delivery lead times cannot be guaranteed. Delivery times for international orders vary.

When an order is dispatched, you’ll receive notification by email with a tracking number.

We’re unable to provide more detailed tracking than the courier supplies.

Please contact us ASAP and we will amend details where possible.

When possible, notify the delivery driver it is damaged and immediately request it is returned to sender.

Otherwise, complete the return slip which is included with your delivery note, and post the parcel to our return address.

Returns

For all returns, please complete the return slip provided with your delivery note. It is also helpful if you email us when returning an item, thank you.

Returns should be free from marks or blemishes, with the original packaging. Please open your package carefully.

Please complete the returns slip which is included with your delivery note, choosing if you’d like a replacement size or to return the item.

Then post the parcel back to our return address. Please also contact us, to let us know you’re returning an item.

Please note that sale items may not have alternative sizes available.

We offer a 14 day return period for unwanted items, return your item in new condition within this time for a refund.

Faults should be reported immediately on receipt of your order (within 24hrs).

Initially the customer pays to return an item to us. Postage will be reimbursed if the item is found to be faulty.

When returning an item, please keep proof of postage and use a tracked delivery service.

If return postage costs more than your delivery charge, contact us first.

Within 30 days from receiving a return, but as soon as we are able.

Yes, VAT is charged at the current rate of 20%.
